Buffalo2U: What part of Buffalo did you grow up in?

TBB: I lived in Cheektowaga until the 2nd grade and then moved to Tonawanda. I went away for college in PA, but came home to Buffalo when I graduated - I missed it too much!

B2U: Where can you find the best Beef on Weck in Buffalo?

TBB: I love Charlie the Butcher and Anderson's!! Got to have the kimmelweck roll.

B2U: Favorite Buffalo Bills Memory?

TBB: I once shared a dinner table with Kyle Williams at a Buffalo fundraising event! At that time he had just signed with the Bills, so it was a lot fun watching his career grow. I think we even talked for a few minutes..."Please pass the butter?"

B2U: What is your favorite Buffalo season?

TBB: I love fall in Buffalo - we have so many awesome parks we can go to hike, walk the dogs and see the leaves changing. Summer is pretty amazing as well though. I was told by an out-of-state friend that Buffalonians make the best of every minute during the summer because we appreciate it so much!

B2U: Favorite places/activities to share with people visiting Buffalo?

TBB: We have taken guests to the Barrel Factory restaurant on Vandalia Street - it has a very cool history attached to it! We have also taken guests on the Buffalo Double Decker Tours - very entertaining!

B2U: How long has Two Boys' Biscuits been in business?

TBB: I have been making wholesome dog biscuits for years for my dogs! I've always wanted to know exactly what they were eating and avoided artificial colors and flavorings. I am very careful about my personal food choices for myself and my family, my dogs are part of that family. I only want to give my family the best.

Two Boy's Biscuits is an extension of what I have been creating for years and started selling to the public and wholesale approximately 6.5 months ago.

B2U: How do you come up with the flavors?

TBB: Coming up with each flavor always begins with researching the healthiest ingredients for dogs. I know blueberries are an amazing super food filled with wonderful antioxidants and are safe for dogs, so I worked for months on a recipe that would be healthy and incorporated blueberries into a biscuit they would be drawn too. My two Goldendoodles are amazing taste testers for me!

My most recent flavor; Buff-A-lo Chicken Wing Bites has been a hit for our Buffalo dogs! Each biscuit is made with organic chicken and shaped into Buffalos and wings.

B2U: What do you enjoy most about owning your own business?

TBB: I love owning my own business because it allows me to use skills and delve into interests of mine that I wasn't able to in other jobs. I love being able to create, market and sell my biscuits because I 100% believe in the product and what I have to offer. I give outstanding customer service because that is what I always appreciate when I am dealing with a business. I just love the entire creative process.

B2U: What is the best piece of advice someone has given you about running a business?

TBB: I would have to say the best advice I have been given is the classic "Treat others the way you would want to be treated." This principle guides all of my interactions with my customers - from answering questions to making new friends with fellow dog lovers!

B2U: Where can people find Two Boys' Biscuits online?

TBB: You can find Two Boy's Biscuits on Facebook and Instagram @TwoBoysBiscuits and on our website www.two-boys-biscuits.square.site

B2U: Final question, Blue Cheese or Ranch?

TBB: Blue cheese all the way - I love the stuff!
