Love from Buffalo. All of our available items come directly from local Buffalo artisans, shops and restaurants. Many of our vendors are small businesses, such as ourselves.
Do you accept requests for new products?
Absolutely. If there is a specific Buffalo item that you want us to carry, please contact us here. We will do our best to work with the vendor to carry these items moving forward. If you are a Buffalo artisan and are interested in having your items included in our gift boxes, we'd love to hear from you. Please click here to contact us.
Do the box items change?
Yes, we are always searching for new unique Buffalo items, while also keeping the favorites in stock. You can be the first to know when new items have arrived by signing up for our email list here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep! All Buffalo2U orders over $30 include free shipping within the Continental US and US Military Bases. If your Buffalo2U order is under $30, you'll only pay $5 for shipping.
How will you ship my Buffalo2U gift box?
We use USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship your Buffalo2U box.
How long will it take to receive my Buffalo2U gift box?
Your Buffalo2U order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Typically your order will arrive in about 5 business days after it has been shipped with standard shipping.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your Buffalo2U order has been processed you will receive an email or text message with the shipping provider, estimated date of arrival and a tracking number.
Where can I ship my Buffalo2U Box?
All 50 States plus US Military Bases worldwide.
How will my order come if I purchase multiple boxes?
We will combine your orders to ship in the least amount of boxes. Please let us know if you would prefer them being boxed separately.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately at this time, all sales are final. If, for some reason, we make a mistake fulfilling your order, we will rectify this situation to the best of our ability with either a refund or an exchange of items or box at no additional cost. Should an item break during shipping, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will immediately ship you a new item.
What is the shelf life on food items included in my box?
Each food item will have a different shelf life. We recommend storing any sauce (including mustard, barbecue sauce and hot sauce) in the refrigerator after opening.
