What's inside a Buffalo2U Box?
Love from Buffalo. All of our available items come directly from local Buffalo artisans, shops and restaurants. Many of our vendors are small businesses, such as ourselves.
What is a Premium Item?
Most of our products are included in the box price, items that are labeled as premium will have a $5 or $10 up-charge. This allows us to offer a greater variety of products and bring you the best that Buffalo has to offer.
Do you accept requests for new products?
Absolutely. If there is a specific Buffalo item that you want us to carry, please contact us here. We will do our best to work with the vendor to carry these items moving forward. If you are a Buffalo artisan and are interested in having your items included in our gift boxes, we'd love to hear from you. Please click here to contact us.
Do the box items change?
Yes, we are always searching for new unique Buffalo items, while also keeping the favorites in stock. You can be the first to know when new items have arrived by signing up for our email list.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All Buffalo2U orders include free standard shipping across the continental United States. We also offer free shipping to US Military Bases.
How will you ship my Buffalo2U gift box?
We use USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship your Buffalo2U box to the listed address
How long will it take to receive my Buffalo2U gift box?
Your Buffalo2U order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Typically your order will arrive 3-5 business days after it has been shipped.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your Buffalo2U order has been processed you will receive an email with the shipping provider, estimated date of arrival and a tracking number.
Where do you ship the Buffalo2U Box?
We are proud to offer free shipping on all Buffalo2U boxes throughout the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately at this time, all sales are final. If, for some reason, we make a mistake fulfilling your order, we will rectify this situation to the best of our ability with either a refund or an exchange of items or box at no additional cost. Should an item break during shipping, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will immediately ship you a new item.
What is the shelf life on food items included in my box?
Each food item will have a different shelf life. We recommend storing any sauce (including mustard, barbecue sauce and hot sauce) in the refrigerator after opening. The Fat Bob's Louisiana Hot Sauce should be stored in the refrigerator immediately after receiving your Buffalo2U box.
The Fat Bob's spice rubs have a shelf life of at least 1 year.
